Domain depth for every cohort

Functional skill bootcamps that clear the domain round.

52 bootcamps across 16 functional domains - finance, marketing, HR, operations, analytics, product, consulting, applied AI and eight technical tracks. Each one is built backwards from a named entry-level role, and ends on a proctored domain test.

Why generic domain training stalls

Three reasons a strong batch still fails the functional round

A degree is a discipline. A job description is a function.

A commerce graduate is examined on accounting standards and interviewed on FP&A. An engineer is examined on thermodynamics and interviewed on category management. The gap is not ability, it is vocabulary.

One bootcamp for the whole batch fits nobody

A batch of 400 splits across finance, marketing, operations, analytics and product aspirants. A single generic session has to pitch to the middle, which means it lands for none of them.

Students choose a domain on rumour

Without a fit diagnostic, domain choice follows last year's placement gossip. The mismatch does not show up in the classroom - it shows up in the second interview round, when there is no time left to fix it.

The catalogue

Every bootcamp, and the role it ends at

The full list, not a sample. Domain bootcamps run the standard sprint format - two offline sessions of 120 minutes. The eight technical tracks run a full term, and carry their own hours below.

Marketing & Brand

The widest track in the catalogue, because marketing hires across the most different kinds of company. A student heading for an FMCG sales role and a student heading for a performance-marketing desk sit in different rooms here.

Finance & BFSI

Five bootcamps that separate the three very different finance career paths: the corporate finance desk, the markets side, and the banking and payments side. Most institutions run at least two of these in a term.

Human Resources

HR interviews at entry level are function-specific: a talent acquisition panel and an HR analytics panel ask nothing in common. These four bootcamps track the four hiring routes.

Operations & Supply Chain

Operations recruiters interview on numbers: inventory turns, fill rate, cost per shipment. Four bootcamps, each built around the metric set of one function.

Business Analytics

This is the track that crosses every domain: finance, marketing, HR and operations all hire analysts now. Excel, SQL and Power BI is the one bootcamp we would run for an entire batch regardless of specialisation.

AI & Emerging Functions

The fastest-moving shelf, and the one institutions ask for most. Four of these are applied AI inside a business function rather than AI as a subject, which is how these roles are actually advertised.

Technical & Engineering

A different animal to the domain bootcamps: these run for a full term, not two sessions. Seven of the eight carry 100 offline hours; Data Analytics runs 70. Each adds self-paced hours on the LMS on top.

Each bootcamp is built backwards from a hiring desk.

Sixty-three companies are named across the catalogue. Grouped by the desk that does the hiring, here is which bootcamps feed which sector - so a placement cell can start from its own recruiter list rather than from ours.

The difference

Every bootcamp arrives with
its own software.

Not a shared login and a folder of slides. Each bootcamp ships as a course on the LMS, a tagged question bank on the assessment engine, and a set of functional interview questions built against the role it ends at - so ten bootcamps running in parallel stay ten separate, measurable things instead of one attendance sheet.

Assessments & proctoring

Infy Assess

The domain tests, the coding assessments and the fit diagnostic that decides who sits in which bootcamp.

  • Domain-tagged question bank - questions tagged by function, so a finance test and a marketing test are genuinely different papers
  • AI image & video proctoring - flags multiple faces, absence, gaze deviation and tab switches in real time
  • Real-time coding lab - live editor, multi-language, test-case validation and auto-evaluation for the technical tracks
  • Skill analytics dashboard - cohort and student insight reports with accuracy and skill-gap views by domain
Also runs hybrid auto plus manual grading, project and assignment evaluation, and hackathon hosting.

Content & tracking

Infy LMS

Where the self-paced hours, the case packs and the attendance record for every parallel bootcamp live.

  • Our own content library - the case packs, e-books, handouts and recorded modules are produced in-house
  • Live plus self-paced - virtual classroom, course builder and certificate generation in one place
  • Complete tracking - attendance, module progress and time-on-task per student, per bootcamp
  • Integrates with your stack - API-based connections to your LMS, ERP or student management system
White-labelled to your institution and live for twelve months after the last class.

Interview & communication

Infy Interview Coach

Functional interview practice, at a volume no panel of visiting faculty could cover.

  • Resume-aligned questioning - reads each student's resume and asks what a real functional panel would ask
  • Communication scoring - response quality, filler words, tone, pace, facial expression and posture
  • Adaptive practice - returns to answers a student got wrong, rephrased, until they hold up
  • Admin-level reporting - batch and student dashboards for your placement cell, with AI proctoring built in
Unlimited practice at a fraction of the cost of panel-run mocks - every student, not just the shortlist.

Why it matters when bootcamps run in parallel

The hard part is never the teaching. It is knowing, in week three, which of the ten is falling behind.

  • Every bootcamp has its own tagged question bank, so a domain score means something specific.
  • Attendance and progress are tracked per student, per bootcamp, not per batch.
  • A student's scores follow them across every bootcamp they sit, so the report is one record, not ten.
Included in every engagement

Eight things that are not add-ons

This is the difference between a trainer on a timetable and a programme that moves a batch's numbers. All eight are in the base commercials.

01

Senior faculty, in person

Every class taught on campus by a trainer with 5+ years of teaching experience.

02

Module-wise practice bank

Topic-tagged, so a student weak in Percentages drills Percentages, not a mixed set.

03

E-books & handouts

Produced in-house, so students revise from the same source their trainer taught from.

04

12 months of LMS access

White-labelled to your institution and live for a full year after classes end.

05

Weekly proctored assessments

Under exam conditions on Infy Assess - the reason readiness is a measurement.

06

Monthly challenges & awards

Leaderboards and recognition - the cheapest intervention we know for holding attendance.

07

Remedial classes

Extra sessions for students the data flags as at-risk. Included, not billed separately.

08

Placement-cell reporting

Batch, section and student readiness in one dashboard, plus a termly written report.

Commercials cover offline training, all assessments, learning material and twelve months of platform access. Trainer scheduling assumes a minimum of six hours per trainer per day.

Choosing

You have 400 students and 52 bootcamps. Here is how we decide.

This is the question every placement cell asks first, and the reason a catalogue on its own is not an offer. Five steps, run before a single session is timetabled.

01

Career Discovery Test

Every student takes one proctored psychometric on the LMS. It returns a domain-fit profile rather than a score, which is the only input most institutions are missing when they build a bootcamp plan.

1 test per student
02

Domain aptitude, by function

A short domain test per shortlisted function. A student who thinks they want finance and a student who is suited to finance are frequently not the same student, and this is where that surfaces - before the seat is allocated.

On Infy Assess
03

The seat plan

Fit profile plus stated preference plus your recruiter list gives a seat count per bootcamp. Your placement cell signs it off, we timetable against it, and the rooms run in parallel inside your existing calendar.

Signed off by you
04

The bootcamps run

Domain bootcamps run the sprint format, two offline sessions of 120 minutes each. Technical tracks run a full term at 70 to 100 offline hours, with self-paced hours on the LMS alongside.

Offline, on campus
05

Five domain tests per student

Proctored, function-specific, and the same paper across the batch so scores are comparable. That is what turns a bootcamp from an attendance record into a readiness number your placement cell can act on.

5 tests per student
Reporting

Every institution gets its own readiness report

A live dashboard through the term, and a written report at the end of it - one view across every bootcamp you ran, built so your placement cell can take it into a board review without rewriting a line.

What's in the report

  • 01Readiness by domain - the domain-test average for every bootcamp you ran, side by side, with the batch spread inside each one.
  • 02Fit versus preference - where the Career Discovery Test and the students' own choices disagreed, and what happened to those students.
  • 03Attendance and completion - per student, per bootcamp, including the parallel rooms that ran the same week.
  • 04At-risk register - every student flagged during the term, what was done about it, and where they ended up.
  • 05Functional interview analysis - domain question handling, structure and confidence trends from Infy Interview Coach.
  • 06Bootcamp to offer - which bootcamps actually converted, where your drive data is available to join against.

Questions from placement cells

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a training vendor?

A training vendor gives you hours and attendance. We own the whole chain - the trainers, the content, the assessment engine, the AI interview platform and the campus-hiring software the drive runs on. Domain readiness is measured under proctored conditions and the offer data lands in the same system, so nobody has to reconcile four suppliers' numbers at the end of the term.

Are the assessments proctored, and how?

Yes, on Infy Assess. AI image and video proctoring flags multiple faces in frame, a student leaving the frame, gaze deviation and tab switching, with violations tracked live. The same proctoring is built into the AI mock interviews on Infy Interview Coach.

What tracking does our placement cell actually get?

Domain-test averages for every bootcamp you ran, side by side; where fit and stated preference disagreed; attendance and completion per student per bootcamp across every parallel room; an automatic at-risk register; functional interview analysis; and, where the drive runs on Infy Recruit, which bootcamps actually converted to offers.

What is Board Infinity accredited by?

Accredited and approved by CII as an industry partner for academic credits, an NCVET-approved awarding body, and an approved partner of NSDC and NASSCOM. We are also an ILO partner on labour initiatives and a global Coursera instructor partner alongside organisations like IBM and Google.

How many bootcamps can we run in one term?

As many as your rooms and your calendar allow. A domain bootcamp is two offline sessions of 120 minutes, so eight to ten across a batch in a single term is routine, running several in parallel. The deep technical tracks are the opposite case - one track, a full term, 70 to 100 offline hours.

How do students choose which bootcamp to attend?

Not on their own, and not on last year's gossip. Every student takes a proctored Career Discovery Test on the LMS plus a short domain aptitude test, and the seat plan comes from fit, stated preference and your own recruiter list together. Your placement cell signs the plan off before anything is timetabled.

Who teaches these - academics or practitioners?

Both, deliberately. The faculty pool includes visiting professors and associate professors from SPJIMR, IIT Delhi, O.P. Jindal Global University, XIM University, IILM, Masters' Union and BITSOM, alongside practising senior leaders - vice presidents, directors and product and analytics heads from industry. Domain bootcamps are taught by someone who has done the job, not only taught it.

Are the technical bootcamps only for engineering cohorts?

The four cloud, DevOps, cyber security and full stack tracks assume a programming background, so in practice yes. Data Analytics is the exception and the one management cohorts run most - 70 offline hours across Excel, Tableau, SQL and Python, finishing on an end-to-end project.

Do students get a certificate?

Yes. Certificates are generated from Infy LMS against completion and the graded assessments, so a certificate reflects a domain test result rather than attendance alone. The LMS is white-labelled to your institution and stays live for twelve months after the last class.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many bootcamps you run, in what format and for how many students - which is why there is no price on this page. Tell us your batch count and your shortlist and you get costing against that mix. The quote covers offline training, all assessments, learning material and twelve months of platform access.

Next step

Let's put a costed plan against your batch

Tell us your cohort size, your specialisation mix and your top recruiters. We come back with a shortlist of bootcamps, a seat plan, a term timetable and commercials - usually within three working days.

  • A free Career Discovery Test for a sample batch, so the bootcamp shortlist is built on your students’ fit rather than a guess.
  • A parallel-room timetable mapped to your academic calendar, showing which bootcamps run in which week.
  • A sample domain readiness report so you can see exactly what your placement cell will receive.
